WEIGHT GAIN AND WEIGHT REDUCE

TO GAIN WEIGHT IN SHORT PERIOD

  • Take 2 boiled eggs with milk daily morning at 7'O' clock  and breakfast at 9 am.( Don't Miss ur B/F) 
  • At 12noon Big meals with balanced stuff.
  • Sleep afternoon 1 to 2or3pm.
  • Between 4-5 take some snacks.
  • Take medium meals at 8pm.
  • Take honey(2 T/spoons) with warm milk At bed time.
  • Sleep atleast 7-8 hours a day.
  • Aloo/Potato (Aloo samosa gives 400 calories), sweets (cova etc...), Milk and curd, Non-veg, cakes, Ground nuts (1 cup daily) Green grams Etc... Helps you to become fat.
  • Avoid Tea and cabbage.
  • Don't take lime with hot water or hot water at morning.
  • Eat strawberry fruits.
  • Take banana daily. It helps to reduce the stress.
  • Weekly twice eat Tilly. You can get it from any mutton shop. (it is one part of the goat which contain Iron)
  • Take raagi Malt daily morning. Big glass ful.( in telugu chodi java)

Iron and calcium is very Important for you.

 

You can go for

 PANCHASAV(aYURVEDIC TONIC) which contains

  • Balaristhta energising tonic for body and mind, Increases strength.
  • Drakshasav appetiser, digestive and invigorating,
  • Kumarisava Improves liver functions.
  • Dashmoolarishta especially useful in anemia, pregnancy and chronic diseases.
  • Lohasava An iron tonic for anemic conditions ensures better Iron utilization and helps formation of Blood.

Dose: two tea spoons with equal quantity of water twice a day after meals.

    2.   Manol calcium tonic

 

Dose : take one tea spoon full with milk twice a day.

 

These will available at all Ayurvedic counters and there are no side effects.

 

Consult Ayurvedic doctor/stores keeper before going to purchase and consume.

 

 

 

To reduce the weight

 

  1. Take lemon with honey (2t spoons) daily morning with empty stomach.
  2. Drink heavy water.
  3. Use cabbage daily for 1 or 2 months.
  4. Don't sleep afternoon after meals.
  5. Do pranayama regularly.
  6. Consume tea daily at least 4 times.
  7. Eat chappathi at night daily. ( don't use oil)
  8. Reduce milk contend foods like Cova, milk, curd, sweets and others.
  9. Do skipping regularly. It is the best medicine to reduce weight.
  10. Don't use potato much.
  11. Watch TV while taking meals.
  12. Drink water before meals or Break fast.
  13. Consume lemon water (Luke warmed) daily with empty stomach. ( don't add sugar).
  14. Take Fat Burner. You can get it from all Ayurvedic stores.
  15. Eat raw vegetables before meals. ( Veg Salad) Cabbage, Onion, Carrot, Beetroot, Lime, Cucumber etc…

 

I think these are enough to gain or drain the weight.
